I made tostadas in the oven by brushing corn tortillas with oil I seasoned with Kanel Spices rub and baking them at 400 for 10 minutes( your oven may be different) on my Reusable COOKINA Parchminum Roasting Mat (I did my best to cut the corners round when I cut it to fit my baking sheet, impressed with myself) .
